Since 2006 the three Australian wine-makers behind Jed Wines, have been travelling to Argentina to produce these wines. From high altitude vineyards in Southern Mendoza, this wine comes from a part of the vineyard with more minerality in the soil and that shines through in the wine with a more savoury texture and chalky tannins
